Ordering:
When ordering, please supply our catalog number. Orders are accepted dependent upon availability of merchandise; we are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, material shortage or other conditions beyond our control.
Claims:
Title passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods by Vi-Cal Screens to the carrier. Therefore, the buyer must file all claims for damage or loss in transit with the carrier. Claims for all defective merchandise or an error in filling an order must be reported within (5) working days after receipt of the shipment.
Returned Items:
Merchandise may be returned only with Vi-Cal Screens authorization. Contact Vi-Cal at 310-637-8737 to receive an RGA authorization number and instructions. Return shipping costs will be credited to credit card account used, only after examination and approval by authorized Vi-Cal personnel and the reason for the return is determined to be because of a manufacturing defect. Authorized returns must be made within 30 days of approval and sent to the factory pre-paid. All returns must be in their original packaging and the same condition in which it was shipped. Vi-Cal is not responsible for any damage which may occur during return shipping. We highly recommend that customer purchase damage insurance from their chosen carrier (Please Note – insurance fees are NOT refundable). Custom sized doors are not returnable except for manufacturing defects. A 15% restocking charge will be imposed for each return. NOTE: Specials may not be returned.
Freight:
All prices quoted are FOB the Vi-Cal plant in Lynwood, California. Freight costs are additional and will be quoted prior to shipment and are COD upon delivery. They are shipped common carrier, standard delivery, unless otherwise requested. Customer will barer any additional cost of requested expedited shipments.
Specials:
Specials and custom orders require written authorized acknowledgement/approval by customer, prior to processing the order. Vi-Cal Screens will assume no responsibility for errors in phone orders for specials unless written confirmation is received prior to processing the order. Special orders will be accepted only with advance payment.
